How to play manual is pretty simple 
- tap the dot which is gray in color and it will turn into orange 
- keep doing this and block the path of green dot which tries to go out the matrix grid
- the green dot can travel only through gray dots
- you gets to choose one dot before the green dot plays for itself

The green dot is the smartest green dot you will ever see. Don't get fooled by a green dot
